Accountability

Duration: 3 - 6 weeks
Our accountability session is designed to help you focus and achieve your goals. We recommend three weeks for short-term goals and actions that are within your control or if you need to establish consistency and a pattern that you can develop and continue to build on. If you have goals that are beyond this and require more effort totally outside your comfort zone, we advise the 6 weeks program.
